I've had mine for about 2 years now. All in all, im happy with the product. Be away, the resting position of your lever arms will change and the arms will not rest against the upright. I typically store mine in the up position, so it's not an issue. Please see photo.
I love the extra versatility gained by using the adapter however, it is not without the minor loss of ability to attach attachments to the lever arms while in the resting position. I'm only giving this a 3 star because of the resting position, if there was a way for it to rest in the factory resting position, I would gladly give this a 5 star rating.

You’re absolutely right that adding the adaptor slightly changes the resting geometry of the lever arms. Because the adaptor alters the effective length and pivot point, it can affect how the arms settle when not loaded. For most users, storing in the raised position avoids the issue, but we understand that it does differ from the original factory rest position.
As with many modular upgrades, there’s sometimes a small trade-off between added versatility and original configuration. Our goal with the adaptor was to dramatically expand attachment options while maintaining strength and stability under load.
That said, feedback like yours is valuable. We’re always refining designs where possible, and real-world input helps guide that process.

I purchased one of the original prototypes when they first made them for the BOS lever arms. I wasn't a fan due to the fact that the lever arms lost the ability to rest against the upright. I provided customer feedback to them regarding the issue.
Fast forward a couple of years. I finally decided to give it another try. They now work perfectly and paired with the Vendetta setup, its perfection. I'd give it 5 stars, but I had to buy the item twice. Who knows, maybe I'll find another use case for the original ones.
