Payment, delivery and duties
Payment method availability is separate from delivery availability. For international orders, import duty, tax or local handling charges may be collected separately by your destination country or courier.

Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I see a payment method?+
Availability can depend on your country, currency, device, browser, order value and the payment provider’s eligibility checks. The methods shown at checkout are the methods available for that order.
Can I pay in instalments?+
If an instalment or pay-later method is available for your order, it will appear at checkout with the provider’s payment schedule and terms. Approval is handled by the provider and is subject to eligibility.
When will my card be charged?+
Your payment provider will confirm the payment when you place the order. Some banks may initially display a pending authorisation. If an attempt is unsuccessful, check with your bank before trying again.
Is my payment information secure?+
Checkout and payment information is transmitted securely and processed by Shopify and the selected approved payment provider. GymPin does not ask customers to send complete card details by email or live chat.
How are refunds returned?+
Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method. Provider and bank processing times vary. Read our Refund Policy for the conditions that apply to returns and refunds.
Will I pay in my local currency?+
The currency displayed on the storefront and at checkout is the currency used for the order. Your card provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee when your account uses a different currency.
