PAIR / ROLLING
These are wonderful, I use them in my home gym. Gympin's own branded kit never fails to impress.
I put a pair on a medium sided carabiner and they create the perfect v bar style rowing attachment handle.
I also use them individually for shoulder cable work, and for cable shrugs. The rigidity makes the exercises so much more effective.
Knurling is perfect, not too aggressive to rip up hands, but you can hold tight to really make it extra grippy. I don't use then for chest cable press as much as I thought as they dig into the hand a little (but you could as the finish is smooth enough). They're surprisingly light and ridiculously smooth feeling in use.
Can't wait to try more exercises, and paired with the gym pin bar there are endless options.
