Introducing the comfiest cable attachments to train your triceps. These are the v2.0 - twice the length of a typical gym rope to really train your triceps in their shortened range. Do you notice how with a traditional rope, you are internally rotated at the shoulder? This won't happen with this attachment. These Tricep Handles are unlike the normal ropes you see in the gym in that they have ergonomic and very comfy handles.

These attachments mitigate any discomfort that users may experience with the usual ropes.

They are lightweight, very durable and incredibly strong!
