Using our website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings can affect colours, and minor cosmetic or finish variations may arise from materials and manufacturing. Such variations do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.
Products are subject to availability. We may change specifications or withdraw products where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already accepted.
Prices, VAT and international orders
UK orders
Prices include UK VAT where it is applicable and collected.
Orders delivered outside the UK
The checkout and order confirmation show the price charged by GymPin. Depending on the destination and checkout arrangement, the recipient may also have to pay local VAT, import duty, customs charges or courier handling fees. These are imposed by third parties and are not controlled by GymPin.
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the order is supplied on a duties-unpaid basis and the recipient is responsible for local import charges. Charges paid to customs authorities or carriers are not payments to GymPin and cannot be refunded by us.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and approved payment providers; GymPin does not store complete payment-card details.
Delivery
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service. Delays may arise from customs processing, carrier disruption, inaccurate address information or events outside our reasonable control.
For consumer orders, responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them. Please check the parcel promptly and report visible loss or damage as soon as reasonably possible.

If you are a UK consumer buying at a distance, you will normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel, subject to legal exceptions. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period normally runs from receipt of the final item.
Tell us clearly by email or through our returns service. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to send eligible goods back.
Cancellation rights may not apply to made-to-order, personalised or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, where the relevant legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Change-of-mind returns
You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. You may inspect them as you could in a shop, but we may make a lawful deduction where handling has reduced their value.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind item unless we agree otherwise.
- Use suitable protective packaging and retain evidence of postage.
- Do not send goods to our registered office unless instructed.
For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option where required by law. We may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law are not affected. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs where possible.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Where the goods are legally non-conforming, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs.
Intellectual property
Website text, photography, video, graphics, product designs, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to GymPin and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and information, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Third-party services and links
Our store uses third-party services including payment, delivery, review, tracking and returns providers. Their own terms may apply when you use them. External links are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party websites or accept responsibility for their content.
Product use and safety
GymPin products must be used only for their intended purpose, in accordance with product instructions and warnings. Check compatibility, condition, clearances and secure fit before every use. Do not force components, exceed a product’s stated limit, slam a weight stack or use damaged equipment.
Obtain the gym or equipment owner’s permission before attaching products to equipment you do not own. Stop immediately if a setup feels unsafe or affects the machine’s normal movement. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, our liability is subject to applicable law and, so far as legally permitted, excludes indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to the website or refuse service where these terms are materially breached, unlawful activity is suspected or action is reasonably required to protect customers, GymPin or the website. Rights and obligations arising before suspension or termination remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, our products, services or business. The version applying to an order is normally the version in force when the order was placed. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
