WHAT B-GRADE MEANS

THE DIFFERENCE IS COSMETIC. THE STANDARD ISN'T.

B-Grade products fall short of our normal presentation standard, not their intended performance. The difference may be a small mark, a finish variation or imperfect packaging. That makes them harder for us to sell as standard stock, but no less useful in your setup.

B-GRADE DOES NOT MEAN FAULTY

Every listed item is checked before it reaches this page. It must remain suitable for its intended use. The reason for the grade is described on the product, and your statutory rights remain unchanged.

DOES B-GRADE AFFECT PERFORMANCE?

B-Grade products listed here must remain suitable for their intended use. The grade reflects the condition described on the product page, rather than a hidden performance fault.

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Cosmetic marks can vary between units. Product imagery may show the product type rather than the exact mark on every individual unit, so use the condition description as the guide.

DO NORMAL CUSTOMER RIGHTS STILL APPLY?

WILL SOLD-OUT B-GRADE PRODUCTS RETURN?

Possibly, but B-Grade stock is irregular by nature. There is no fixed restock schedule and the condition or quantity may differ from one batch to the next.
