We designed our Lite D Handle bar to be the most versatile piece of gym equipment in the gym. You may be familiar with our PRO range, the Lite range delivers the same benefits, just at a slightly lower price point.
All the traditional cable attachments are not designed for anyone’s individual mechanics – so why are two different people expected to use them?

I am using this in a non-standard way. My Rack has the REP Ares cable attachment. The seated row has this bar that takes two pulley points and converts it into one point where you attach a cable attachment. I use my Lite D-Handle Bar in its place. This works so much better for the weight is significantly less than the OEM round bar. The Lite D-Handle Bar glides way above your shins unlike the OEM round bar.
