Sold as a pair
Less drop. More usable range.
Quick-adjust cable handles with a compact 13 cm drop, secure pull pins and fixed or rolling precision-knurled grips.
Preserves more usable cable-machine range of motion.
Change compatible mounting positions quickly between sets.
Choose a fixed or rolling grip for controlled cable work.
Built to remove the compromise
A better connection between you and the cable.
Standard cable handles often hang lower than they need to. That extra length consumes valuable machine travel before the repetition has even begun. GymPin Quick Release D Handles reduce the distance from the attachment pin to the grip to just 13 cm (5.12 in)—giving you more room to pull, extend and train through a fuller usable range.
Change position in seconds
Unload the attachment, pull the red quick-release pin and move the handle to another compatible hole. Push the pin fully home and the discreet spring-loaded ball helps retain it securely. No clips to thread and no lengthy changeover between sets.
Choose how the grip behaves
Select the Fixed knurled handle for a direct, stable connection, or choose the Rolling version to let the grip rotate naturally as you move. Both options use a precision-knurled surface for confident control.
Made for serious training
The frames use robust, 5mm-thick high-quality British steel. Aircraft-quality stainless-steel pull pins and industrial construction continue the proven design language used throughout the GymPin range.
Range of motion
Less drop. More usable movement.
With only 13 cm (5.12 in) from the attachment pin to the knurled handle, the compact design uses less of your machine's available travel before the rep begins. That leaves more usable range of motion for controlled cable training.
Pull the red pin, select a compatible mounting point and push it fully home. The spring-loaded retaining ball helps keep the aircraft-quality stainless-steel pin securely positioned.
Choose your training feel
Fixed or Rolling?
Both versions share the same compact quick-release format. Choose the grip action that best suits how you want the handle to respond during a repetition.
Direct and stable
The knurled grip stays in a fixed position, creating a solid connection for lifters who prefer a consistent handle angle throughout the movement.
- Stable grip position
- Simple, direct feel
- Precision-knurled surface
Rotates as you move
The knurled grip rolls around its axis, allowing the handle to rotate naturally as your wrist and arm travel through the exercise.
- Free-rolling handle
- Adapts through the movement
- Precision-knurled surface
Fast, secure setup
Pull. Position. Lock.
Designed to complement the GymPin D Handle Bar and other compatible hole-based lat-pulldown bars, the system makes grip-width changes quick and intuitive.
- 1Unload
Remove all cable tension before adjusting either handle.
- 2Position
Pull the red pin and align the handle with the required compatible mounting hole.
- 3Secure
Push the pin completely through and check that its retaining ball has cleared the far side.

Check compatibility first
Fit is not universal. Before ordering, check the receiving bar’s hole diameter, material thickness and the clearance around each mounting position. Never force a pin into an incompatible attachment.
Inspect the handles, pins and receiving bar before every session. Never reposition the handles while the attachment is under load.

Questions answered
Quick Release D Handle FAQs
Are the handles sold as a pair?
Yes. The package contains two D Handles and two quick-release pins.
How do they increase range of motion?
The distance from the attachment pin to the knurled handle is only 13 cm (5.12 in). This reduced drop leaves more of the cable machine's travel available for the exercise.
What is the difference between fixed and rolling handles?
The fixed grip remains stationary. The rolling option allows the knurled handle to rotate during the movement.
Do they only fit the GymPin D Handle Bar?
They are designed to complement the GymPin D Handle Bar and may fit other compatible hole-based lat-pulldown bars. Check hole diameter, material thickness and clearance before use.
How does the quick-release mechanism work?
Unload the attachment, pull the red pin, align the handle and push the pin fully through. The spring-loaded ball helps retain it once it clears the far side.
Is the GymPin D Handle Bar included?
No. The bar and other equipment pictured are sold separately unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
