The GymPin T-Bar Row Landmine Barbell Attachment slides over a barbell sleeve up to 50 mm and connects a GymPin D-Handle Bar using the included carabiner. It creates a configurable handle setup for landmine and T-Bar row training.

This adapter slides over a 50mm barbell, allowing you to join our D-Handle Bar to your barbell with a carabiner. The perfect match for our versatile D-Handle Bars, simply join together and create a landmine handle for T-Bar rows.

This adapter is to suit up to 50mm barbell. We recommend this as a great addition to our D-Handle Bars, along with a set of handles or grips from our attachment range.

    Secure the barbell

    Place the barbell in a suitable landmine base or anchor and follow the equipment manufacturer’s setup instructions.

    Fit the adapter

    Slide the GymPin adapter over the barbell sleeve, checking that the sleeve is no larger than 50 mm.

    Connect your D-Handle Bar

    Attach the D-Handle Bar with the included carabiner, close it fully and check every connection before loading.

  • Designed for Olympic-style barbell sleeves measuring up to 50 mm.
  • Connects to a GymPin D-Handle Bar through the supplied carabiner.
  • Compatible grips and handles can be selected through the D-Handle Bar setup.
  • Measure your barbell sleeve before ordering; the adapter is not designed for sleeves larger than 50 mm.

What does the GymPin T-Bar Row Adapter do?

What size barbell does the adapter fit?

It is designed for Olympic-style barbell sleeves measuring up to 50 mm in diameter. Measure your sleeve before ordering; it is not designed for sleeves larger than 50 mm.

Is the D-Handle Bar included?

No. This listing includes one T-Bar adapter and one carabiner. The GymPin D-Handle Bar, grips, barbell, plates and landmine base are sold separately.

Is a carabiner included?

Yes. One carabiner is supplied to connect the adapter to a GymPin D-Handle Bar. Close it fully and inspect it before every loaded set.

Do I need a landmine base?

Use the product only with a secure landmine base or suitable barbell anchor. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s setup instructions and check that the barbell is secure before loading.

Can I change the grip used for T-Bar rows?
