MEET THE D CUFFS.
YOUR CABLE TRAINING, UPGRADED.
The grip you know. The adjustable cuff you didn't know you needed. Two attachments. More ways to train.
YOUR CABLE ATTACHMENT ISN'T AN AFTERTHOUGHT.
Cable machines are one of the most versatile tools in the gym. Rows, curls, raises and flyes all start with the same decision: what are you going to hold? Standard D-handles are useful, but they rely on your hand alone. Grip-free cuffs are another option, but they take the handle out of the equation. GymPin's new D Cuffs bring those two approaches together.
Secure the cuff. Own the rep. The result is a familiar textured hand grip combined with an adjustable padded wrist connection. It's not magic. It's a better choice of connection for lifters who prefer added support while retaining a proper handle.

ONE ATTACHMENT. TWO POINTS OF CONTACT.

Each GymPin D Cuff pairs an adjustable, padded wrist cuff with a textured cylindrical hand grip. Double-stitched black webbing and sturdy metal attachment rings connect the parts into one practical training tool.
- Adjustable Velcro cuff: a snug, individually adjustable fit.
- Textured grip: retain a familiar hand-held connection.
- Reinforced double stitching: built for repeated cable sessions.
- Matching pair: use one attachment or both on a compatible dual-cable setup.
WHY ADD D CUFFS TO YOUR GYM BAG?
Because training tools should earn their keep. If your routine already includes cable movements, changing your attachment gives you another option without changing machines or rebuilding your programme.
EXTRA WRIST SUPPORT
The adjustable cuff creates an additional point of contact around the wrist while you hold the handle.
KEEP THE REAL GRIP
Unlike a grip-free cuff, the textured cylindrical handle remains right in your hand.
TRAIN MORE WAYS
A pair supports single-side work or suitable dual-pulley exercises.
They're compact, straightforward and useful for home gyms, personal training studios and commercial gym users alike.
FIVE WAYS TO PUT THEM TO WORK.
SINGLE-ARM CABLE ROWS
Pull through a controlled range, keeping your torso stable. An effective unilateral option for lats and upper back.
CABLE LATERAL RAISES
Use a light load and comfortable pulley position to focus on controlled shoulder isolation.
CABLE BICEPS CURLS
Keep the upper arm steady and control the lowering phase as you train each side independently.
CABLE CHEST FLYES
With a suitable dual-pulley station, use the pair for controlled flyes in a comfortable shoulder range.
REAR-DELT FLYES
Start light and focus on smooth outward arm movement instead of momentum.
WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT?
| Attachment | Connection | Typical appeal |
|---|---|---|
| Standard D-handle | Hand-held grip | Simple, direct cable exercises |
| Grip-free wrist cuff | Cuff without conventional grip | Selected isolation movements |
| GymPin D Cuffs | Padded adjustable cuff + textured grip | Supported hand-held cable training |
The point isn't that every other attachment is obsolete. The point is that D Cuffs give you one more useful choice when you're working with a cable machine.
HOW TO FIT YOUR D CUFFS.
- Position the padded cuff comfortably around your wrist.
- Fasten the heavy-duty Velcro firmly, without restricting circulation.
- Connect the intended metal attachment ring to a compatible carabiner and check its gate is closed.
- Take hold of the textured grip and begin with a light load to check the setup.
- Use a comfortable range of motion and controlled repetitions.
