Great quality grips, just the right amount of assistance on the heavier pulls, they grip well on smooth bars all the way to more aggressive knurls and they release quickly when required.
The neoprene padding is thick and comfortable, with a strap that's a good width. The palm pad is a nice thick double layer leather that has an almost nubuck texture that feels great on the palm and adds to the grip.
Definitely the best grips I've tried so far.

Glad to hear the balance is right for you — that’s exactly what we aim for. Enough assistance to push heavier pulls, without taking away the feel of the lift. The quick release is something we spent a lot of time getting right, so it’s good to see that coming through in real use.

The straps are the best I’ve used, absolutely no slippage and the leather as opposed to rubber from other brands is far superior. The only issue I have had is Velcro lifting/a slight tear in the strap. Over the past year and a half I have had to replace two pairs now.

I bought these after owning and losing the most well known strap of this type. I originally bought them due to the price being close to a third of the other straps and not wanting to outlay such a high cost after having lost the more well known pair.
Compared to the other grips I find that these aren't as grippy however I consider this a benefit. They are easier to release from bars and I have yet to find my grip to be the limiting factor on any lift when using them. My forearms feel more worked when using these compared to the other grips however never to a degree that they feel overworked.
Comfort wise I find these a lot more comfortable than the other grips. The other ones left red marks on my wrist however these have thick foam around the wrist which is very comfortable.
The straps are extremely durable, I've been doing two 90 minute pull sessions per week for several months and have notice only some minor fraying of the thread around one of the logo patches. The grips that wrap around the bar and the wrist pads remain immaculate.
Overall I would highly recommend these grips. If I didn't like them so much I wouldn't have sat here writing an essay about them while bored at work.

Really appreciate you highlighting the controlled grip aspect. That balance between secure but not over-locked is exactly what we were aiming for, especially for RDLs and back work where feel and release both matter. Great to hear they are giving you that forearm engagement without becoming the limiting factor.
Also pleased the wrist padding is doing its job. Comfort over long sessions is non-negotiable for us, so it’s good to know they’re holding up to two 90-minute pull sessions a week. Minor fraying on a logo patch after months of use is something we can live with, especially if the functional parts are still immaculate.

After using these consistently for about 2 weeks, I can honestly say that these are the best wrist straps I've ever used and I have used many over the years l. Unlike other brands that use a rubber like compound that gets slippery with the slightest amount of sweat, these stay put. They are very comfortable and very malleable which also makes gripping any bar feel way more natural than the other brands I've tried. I will honestly buy again. The only concern I have is the Velcro and how long it will last as it doesn't seem that strong but I am optimistic because you can tell a lot of thought went into creating this.

I didn't have much faith in these after using a similar product (which is way more expensive, y'all know what I'm talking about) and being very disappointed with the lack of grip, but these are a whole different story! Even with sweaty hands they don't slip one bit, I would even go as far as to say they're more secure than traditional lifting straps. Given the price, they're a must have! GymPin products never disappoint!
