Our Ergo Handles are expertly moulded to suit both left and right hands perfectly. The handle itself gives you a very comfortable outer edge to ‘push’ into when using them, allowing you to contract the tricep harder than if you were just using a bare cable.

Absolutely recommend for stable, more comfortable tricep training. Also great for rear delts.

Versatile cable attackment, useful in a multitude of different variations. Tricep extensions, rear delt flys, unilateral straight arm pulldowns, etc. Where normally grabbing a small black ball on a cable machine leaves a lot to be desired, these handles give you comfort and stability, allowing for training to reach another level. Very Happy!

We completely understand your comments regarding cost after tax and shipping. For our US customers in particular, import duties and tariffs can sometimes apply. Even when all paperwork and product composition details are correctly submitted, charges can be applied inconsistently at the border, which unfortunately is outside of our control.
We manufacture to very specific material and quality standards using trusted British mills, and maintaining that level of strength and finish is central to what we do. While we continually review our options, we won’t compromise on materials or build quality.
