You guys asked, and we listened.

Ever since releasing the TRI-GRIPS Ergo Ropes, our customers have requested that we provide individual handles too.

Here we are.

Our Ergo Handles are expertly moulded to suit both left and right hands perfectly. The handle itself gives you a very comfortable outer edge to ‘push’ into when using them, allowing you to contract the tricep harder than if you were just using a bare cable.

A fantastic addition to any home or commercial gym, specifically for single-arm tricep work.
