Standard jammer arms are restricted to a single vertical plane, limiting movement patterns and reducing training versatility. These dual-hinge adapters eliminate that restriction.
When unlocked, the hinge system delivers free, multi-directional movement—ideal for functional strength development, rotational patterns, and athletic carryover. When locked into one of the five angle positions, users can train through a fixed, repeatable plane for more targeted strength work. This versatility dramatically expands the exercise range available on REP ISO 4000 and 5000 systems.
