Traditional jammer arms are limited to a single vertical plane of motion. GymPin’s dual-hinge adapter system eliminates this restriction, allowing athletes to move through multiple planes for a more natural and versatile training experience.
When unlocked, the dual-hinge mechanism provides smooth, free-flowing movement—ideal for functional strength and athletic carryover. When locked into one of the fixed angle positions, the adapters offer controlled, repeatable paths for targeted exercises. This combination of free-range motion and fixed-path training significantly expands the range of movements possible on Hydra-compatible setups.
