Customer Service Representative (Remote – North West UK)
Location: Remote (North West UK preferred) Type: Full Time

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce operation.

Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you will work remotely handling customer enquiries via live chat and email. You will be part of a collaborative team with regular online check-ins and occasional in-person training sessions at our HQ.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer enquiries via live chat and email
  • Supporting orders, deliveries, returns, and product queries
  • Providing clear, professional, and friendly customer support
  • Updating customer and order information accurately
  • Escalating issues when required and following through to resolution
  • Participating in daily or weekly online team meetings


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using online systems and digital tools
  • Reliable and professional approach
  • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred
