The 1" GymPin Designed for use when adding weight plates with a 1" diameter hole in the middle, not 2" standard olympic plates. The part that enters the weight stack is available in 2 sizes: (select the same diameter size as your gym equipments existing weight stack pin)

Not enough resistance and certainly not enough to push us to our limits. So we spoke to some people on the scene and they were the same.
