Traditional tricep ropes commonly found in gyms are often too short to train with – causing the user to round over and internally rotate their upper body – not ideal!

Some torque is lost through one’s fingers when performing a traditional tricep extension. By using TRI-GRIPS fabric straps, you eliminate any lost torque as the strap loops across your palm, ultimately meaning you can contract your triceps harder!
They are also a great way to hit your lats with a pullover variation.
Bonus movement – set the cable at ankle height, loop the straps over your ankles and you can perform lying hamstring curls – a great movement to train the hamstrings in their shortened range.
