The Tri Grips Fabric Straps were invented to be the ultimate in comfort and versatility when training your tricep. Traditional tricep ropes commonly found in gyms are often too short to train with - causing the user to round over and internally rotate their upper body - not ideal! Tri Grip Fabric Straps are long enough to fully extend the tricep behind the hip, training the tricep in its fully shortened range. Trust us, you’ll notice the difference from the first rep! With two different lengths in one, they are designed fit anybody of any size comfortably.   Short loop: 17” (43cm) Long loop: 24” (61cm)   Some torque is lost through one’s fingers when performing a traditional tricep extension.
