Our Stainless Steel 30 inch D-Handle Bars are designed to be adjusted to perfectly fit YOUR mechanics. Paired with a set of Angles 90 Grips, you can allow a much more natural movement in your wrists, elbows, shoulders etc.

The generic bars in the gym are not always perfect for every user. For example, the 6 foot 2 male has different mechanics to the 5 foot 4 female.

In addition to this, joints, such as your wrists, are not meant to move in a fixed plane, it is much more comfortable to move freely, allowing some rotation at the joint.

Angles 90 Grips

Most gym equipment offers straight, flat bars only. Our body, however, is not made to move weights out of rigid angles – at least according to numerous studies and the best coaches on this planet.

From a biomechanical perspective, our joints should move freely during a movement. Our wrists, elbows and shoulders are all meant to rotate to an extent and fixing the hands in place will cause additional stress in the joint.
The Angles 90 get around this perfectly!
